Good question. The ones that shoot bb's are pretty weak, I would say it didn't matter how close. The ones that shoot rockets I would say 20 feet. Don't aim at head

rockets you wouldn't want to shoot closer than 20 anyway or it would kill you too.

Settled then. Rockets engagement distances are 20 feet minimum, the multiple bb rounds are no engagement distances unless modified to shoot harder

omg they don't hurt at point blank range.
hurts about the same as my little sister throwing a poof football at me. tested that many times.
there shouldn't be a engagement distance but yes it still would kill the shooter.

If your that worried about it Nate then do something about it, since your the only one who used one you demonstrate it and see if one of the younger kids mind getting hit with it under 20 feet, then you have to get the players who are at the game To vote on it then go post it
