Hey everyone, because alot of people are under the age of 16 i thought i would make this thread about the new rule. I talked to my dad about the new rule saying that you cant play unless you have a parent or guardian, he said he would gladly sign a release form/waiver saying that he was responsible for all injuries and he would not take any legal action against anyone on AOA or TAC if i were to get hurt. He said he would come to the next game with me to discuss with other adults about assigning a guardian to me that would have all contact information of my father or stepmother in case of an emergency. I was wondering if we could do something like that and if we could vote on it the next game. This way, we could still have a functional community with all different age groups while not having to worry about being sued by a parent or getting into any other kind of legal trouble. If you have any suggestions or things to add please post a reply. I hope you all take this into serious consideration, and it would mean alot if you could talk to other members about it. Thank you all for reading this. -MAK

We will talk as a community about this next game. Remember this isn't about just you MAK. It is setting standard for every kid under 16. For now through the future. You have a valid point but this community runs off consensus based rules. Another words we all vote on what we want and the most voted rule will be used. And enforced

He's not saying that you were just considering yourself, what BB was trying to say is just because your parents will consent to a waiver, it doesn't mean that other parents will sign away and be willing to accept the responsibility of their son/daughter coming home with one eye( for ex). Like BB has said before on many of the other discussions (almost literally) all of our asses are on the line if one of you gets hurt. Ill be there for this next meeting.
