Hey guys, being messing around with Instagram lately putting lots of airsoft related stuff. This is a surprisingly good way to make contacts. As with anything if a few people could pick it , it may take off and this is exactly how some teams get sponsored. Next time your on Instagram go ahead and look up #alphaomegaairsoft, or #jtf208

I don't see a sponsorship working for us. Usually the teams that are getting sponsored are being sponsored by a local business. We have one local business that would be worth being sponsored by, and I don't think Justin would be very into the idea, at least not as we stand now. Ambition is good, but don't hold your breath.

A team sponsorship may not be on the immediate horizon but I've been talking to a few places already as an individual. Airsoftmegastore.com has given me 6% off just for asking, I mean its not much but asking gets you farther than you'd think.

Exactly. Big corps are always looking to donate gear or money. They get to write it off. Also, let's not limit ourselves to airsoft related businesses, many local companies are looking for these opportunities. My folks run a body shop in Wyoming and sponsor: a AAA baseball club, two softball teams, a hockey team, the high school newspaper, a midget football team, and a couple soccer teams (kids & intramural), just so they don't have to pay that money in taxes.
Cast a wide net and you'll be surprised what you might catch.

If we could start making events or team vs team tournament. It could take off also. So far i don't know of anything like it except in paintball.
