So i know there are concerns about some things. sorry about not getting locks.they don't actually sell any locks so i have to make them. Also each of our set ups are different so they each have to be custom. That was my bad for taking so long haven't had a whole lot of time.
django. yes his ban is up. And I didn't hear about any issues. Which is good. If there is more issues he'll get banned again. Simple as that.
Drinking. This is something we are not stopping. This community was meant to be adult. many of whom use it to relax. The only issue was at Grimes Creek with raptors dad. everyone else does not drink enough to hinder themselves. We may make it to where we drink only at aoa hosted games. (Aoa vote)
If we go to prnw games we won't drink obviously.
If you have a problem with this its time to consider not playing with us.

Nate they do make tournament locks for polar stars actually...but it is an easy fix that will be addressed promptly as you said. On the note of drinking I believe this has only been a post game thing correct? Furthermore, those concerned about this will notice that the JTF rules say nothing about alcohol being prohibited at our games and they have always been that way. Additionally, I believe that the TVA rules as they are listed (which appear to be a simple verbatim reiteration of most of the JTF rules) don't appear to say anything about not drinking alcohol either, so unless I missed something those who are upset about alcohol have no community based rule that they can point to as prohibiting it at our games. As stated by Nate, if you have an issue with the alcohol thing, it won't go away unless we attend the game of a community which prohibits it. I can understand being upset about Django, but only because the rules of suspension and details of his suspension weren't clearly stated. This won't be an issue in the future. Given what happened with AOA and our drive to be a real community, which supports one another, lifetime bans don't seem to always be the most appropriate way to handle a situation. Accordingly we use suspensions as stated in our rulebook.

The only mention of alcohol in the TVA rulebook is this:
1st- alcohol will be prohibited before and during all JTF208 games. after the game is ok. alcohol is strictly prohibited at Airsoft Extreme.

Thanks Hazard, duly noted. So for TVA games you use the TVA rulebook instead of the JTF rulebook then?

I just figured that TVA had their own set since they list a rulebook on the TVA forum Mexie, I have only been out once in the past month so I figured maybe some things had changed...

Community rules supercede individual team rules. If TVA wants a rule that says their players don't drink, then that applies to their team. But I'm not part of TVA. I'm on aoa. Our rules don't prohibit it. But community rules are the rules that all teams can agree to. It's like federal laws versus state laws. Ohio laws don't apply here. But US laws work in all states.

I'm just passing along the information. So many of our players don't use this forum, so I'm like the courier for what gets posted here. I agree with you though, we all play to have fun
