Play like there's real bullets flying. and keep your head lower than you need to.. or never get to comfortable. That's when you get killed.

Stay hydrated. Water is your best friend. Make sure your mags are filled before the game starts.

Coverfire is key. Without it, you're out.

Mind your footing. That ground is uneven and soft. It will get better the more we play, but for right now it's like running through lumpy snot.

Here's the best advice I've ever received concerning combat (this applies anywhere).
Slow is fast. Sounds weird, right? Just think about it. We want smooth actions. Smooth actions are fast actions. The best way to be smooth (not jerking around and wasting energy), is to be slow. Slow is fast.
Slow down. Think before you react. This will ALWAYS put you in a better position than the guy who is rushed and not thinking. After practice, the physical stuff is muscle memory and the mental stuff gets a LOT faster.
I know I'm repeating myself (that's how training works). Slow down. Breathe. Think. Aim. In that order.
