So I've been to several games and was wondering who I would contact when I decide to join a team

Probably the person on the team you don't want to join who has the least amount of power. Definitely not the team lead of the team you are interested in. That's the last person. You don't them to think you're desperate. Ask the other team out first. And let them see you doing it. Go out four or ten times. Make the team you really want jealous first. Then leak that you're going to pop the question. Then the team you really want will come begging you to join them. They'll probaby bring flowers or a boom box or stop traffic at an airport. Not sure, but it's always a big gesture. Definitely do it this way

Well, several games is what, 3 right? When I first started in this community I was unaffiliated for the first month, then the Rangers (which still counts as unaffiliated), so I wasn't on one of the teams for around 4 months. And you don't just talk to one person, I dunno how AOA does it anymore, but on TVA talk to one of the squad leaders, which would be myself, bird, and blink. I'm pretty sure we're doing prospects now, which means you need to find someone to "sponsor" you, meaning they think you'd fit well into the team, and over a period of time, the squad leaders and team leader will evaluate you, and if we all like you and your performance, then you're on the team, if not, you stay unaffiliated. Thats the simplified version

Aoa as well sponsors, so like hazard sais, find someone who has rolled with you and likes you, have him sponsor you and youll become a prospect
