I was wondering if you have to join the team to play or if its just a public show up at the time and location and play.

The way I heard it, if you're not on a team and you just show up, then you have to bring cupcakes for everyone and sing "I'm a little teapot" and then ask hazard on a date. He's a little handsy though so wear extra layers. And don't accept anything he gives you to drink
