I'll say this here just in case I can't make it to the game. In the case of two individuals having legal custody of a child there is a problem with a release of liability. One parent/guardian can't sign away the other parents/guardians rights. Any release of liability that we do will only protect JTF208 and affiliates from the one parent/guardian that signs the waiver but it will not offer any protection from lawsuit by the other parent/guardian. Having any minor at these games, even if their guardian attends, is still a big risk. I'm not against the idea of having minors at the games but I think if we are going to do it then we had better do it right. Anything we do should include something about additional guardians and protection for property owners as well.

Probably make it a requirement for those under X age must wear eye AND face/teeth protection. I will tell you, when I got my front tooth knocked out playing airsoft, it got pretty expensive, root canal, molds, caps, I have to go back soon to get a new one and its spendy. A parent would think twice about letting their kid airsoft when they see a 1,000 dollar dental bill

How or where should we keep contact info? Make the kid have it on his person at every event in a pouch or pocket? So we could find it on him if something were to happen. Give consent form to both team leaders, with parent signature Same thing we did with PRNW. Take everbody in the communitys info on paper and have multiple copies of it in the possesion of different players who attend regularly. Also put a copy on the forum. 90% of our fields have cell phone reception so we can access the internet to look at the forum.

Wait... Me and Jose are 15 and we want to play without our parents( my dad will come to some or most games when he gets a decent gun:)) But other then that i think there should be a few guys that bring field medic kits like bandages and band aids.. ECT It would be alot better in-case of emergencies and just overall safety. Ill start taking Med Kits and so will my dad when we get our gear. and so should everyone else...im not asking you to learn how to be a field medic but asking for you to bring a med kit.

Again... The problem is what happens when your hurt and your parents have to pay for medical bills. We need them there to assume responsibility for you at all times. No noone else gets in a law suit

A little cut here and there may not be that big of a deal, breaking your arms or legs however, is Yes it is and thts why we need a way of temp treatign it on site and all team and squad leaders should HAVE to have a medkit and other then that its all the parents problems once there in the hospital! but untill then there needs to be people who can treat a wound!

Socks that's fine you want to bring medical kits but that's not Our concern. Bring your parents to the games you attend. Have them talk to some of the guys who have been our airsofting for years. We know the risk an don't want young kids to get hurt. That is the last I'm going to say about this subject. All of you young kids 16 and under need a guardian at EVERY GAME

Turtle, have one of your parents who brings you to the game talk to me. That goes for anyone else who doesn't make the age limit requirements as well.
