So I want to go to a Lion Claw event by the time I graduate so I'm going to find a date sometime in the spring that i will be attending and whoever else wants to join we'll make a "gameplan". It'll be well enough in advance to get ready and plan everything out. Let me know who wants to go. We'll be deciding a lot and we'll purchase tickets at the same time.

Perfect. BB, if you want, you and I can plan it and then get a group of guys together and make sure it works with them.
And yeah around $300 per person if we're car pooling should be ample.

Yeah like bb said, next years calendar isn't released yet but when it is, we'll go over it and find a good date and time. If you want more information on the types of events check out the link in BBs other post in the "regional events" section of the forum. It will discuss the duration and it will give you information on the event.

But yes Casanova we will car pool all likely in my truck to fit 5-6 guys including all our gear and tents. Gas that way will e really
Cheap with everyone equally pitching in. Anyone with a friend or has a truck or SUV should get a full car. Saves gas money. Food is also an expense people should remember. Most events are 3 days. Or at least your there for 3 days. So when time comes make sure you get more than less. Better to have left over after the event than to run out.

People who are really thinking of going should play together in a few games to get each other use to playing as a squat... I dont know just a thought... may be fun... |

Very good point. Once we get it a little more organized and a bit more official with the community then I will personally see to getting some squad training times down so everyone can come out and work together.

Umm, I think that us going to LCIX was a letdown because I felt the organizers saved everything good for LC X. It was pretty amazing though.

no matter what i it cheaper driving than flying when i went we were in a hotel but it was still really expensive but if u guys are going i will go if i dont have anything pop up

I think registration alone is $250, so you might need closer to $400 just for food. Which game are you going to? I'm here in Socal and might join you if you guys come and play, but there's one in oregon that's closer than here. I'm assuming you're going to LIon Claws in Socal.
